When using our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and delivery information.
• Keep your account credentials, login OTPs, and authentication details secure.
• You are responsible for all orders and activities conducted under your account.

Orders are subject to product availability. MBM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be promptly notified in case of any modifications, adjustments, or cancellations.

Our delivery schedules operate on the following policy:

Delivery availability depends on your serviceable location and pincode verification.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice based on daily market rates for fresh farm produce.

Payment can be made using supported online payment methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch.

Refunds for eligible cancellations or failed transactions will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Refund processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and banking partner.

Perishable products such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Misuse promotional offers, referral codes, or coupons.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the application.

All logos, trademarks, content, graphics, and software within the MBM Fresh Market app are the intellectual property of MBM and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Your personal information is collected, processed, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MBM Fresh Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or delivery services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
